After sending the PO to vendors, you can manage the purchased and received material easily using the Fuzen’s Construction Project Management software.
For this click on the “Manage Material” which you can find on the left side of the Project Management dashboard. Then click on the “Purchased & Received”.
Here you can see the list of all the material for which you have sent a PO. You can manage each material by clicking on any material item on the Purchased and Received dashboard.
Here you can enter the received quantity and accepted quantity whenever you receive the material from the vendors.
After filling all the information just click “SAVE”.
You can then see the updated details on the dashboard. The material which is received and accepted automatically gets updated in the inventory.
